Dennis joined Sabre in July 2013, where he initially managed Sabre’s support to the Software Engineering and Acquisition Management Division, Naval Air Systems Command/Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. Dennis is responsible for overall management and growth for the region that serves all Navy programs. Mr. DePriest holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from American InterContinental University. He brings over 35 years of combined Navy and Civilian experience in Naval Air Systems Command programs and has supported all phases/aspects of program acquisition and engineering. Since leaving the US Navy, Mr. DePriest has been involved in every aspect of program development related to NAVAIR systems from early conceptual development through design, implementation and testing to product introduction and delivery to the Fleet.
Brian Harper

Digital Transformation
Brian is a senior strategy and operations professional and proven leader-serving clients in the Defense and National Security Sector for over 27 years. Brian joined Sabre in January 2017 in the Defense Operations and Business Development sector. Brian holds a BS Degree in Management, a MS Degree in Information Systems and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Brian is now Vice President of Sabre’s Digital Transformation practice, serving as Program Manager for several transformation, IT and software engineering Government engagements. Mr. Harper has responsibility for Sabre’s digital transformation offerings, building client and partner relationships and integration across Sabre’s DoD, Civilian and Commercial markets.

Marc joined the Sabre team in 2018 as a Program Manager and Senior Embedded Engineer supporting Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Mr. Kunchev earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marine environmental science with minors in both oceanography and meteorology from the State University of New York Maritime College. Marc is also a Navy Veteran of over 22 years, receiving his Commission as a Naval Officer by way of the prestigious Seaman to Admiral Twenty-one (STA-21) Commissioning Program which accepts highly motivated Navy Enlisted Leaders. Marc subsequently earned his “Wings of Gold” as a Naval Flight Officer. With over 26 years of professional experience, Marc currently supports the PMA-290 Program Office of NAVAIR as both the P-8A Poseidon Software Sustainment Lead and P-8A Software Support Activity (SSA) Systems Engineering Team Lead. Since his retirement from the Navy, Marc’s focus has been centered around how to best support the Sailors serving in the Fleet today, deployed around the world 24/7.
