As Vice President of the Federal Civilian sector at Sabre, Cecilia Baldwin is responsible for leading the delivery of digital transformation, data analytics, business intelligence and innovative technology solutions for Sabre’s federal civilian customers. In her role as VP, she leads capture and business development initiatives across the sector in pursuit of new business and strategic partnerships. Serving as the Program Manager for the BLS contract, Ms. Baldwin has over 16 years working within the BLS environment, applying her understanding of the BLS’ mission, data, commitment to continuity and quality of service in the execution of Sabre’s prime contract. Her passion for software development, digital transformation initiatives and Agile frameworks are complemented by mentorship of high-performing teams throughout her workforce.

Maxwell Amponash is a Task Manger for Sabre’s BLS sector. Mr. Amponash has over 20 years of industry experience and 13 years serving as a manager. Maxwell serves as the primary point of contact on task orders between Sabre staff and the federal client Task Monitor, monitors and manages project progress based on established deadlines and ensures client expectations are met, monitors and plans staff resources, and he prepares and submits monthly Task Order Management report to the client GTM and Contract office. He has an M.S. in computer systems management from University of Maryland University College and holds a professional SCRUM Master 1 certification and a PMI-ACP certification. Maxwell is passionate about coaching his team to grow and succeed and make sure Sabre is well represented through his team.

Rahman Mohammed is a Task Manager for Sabre’s BLS sector. Mr. Mohammed has a master’s degree in computer science from Governors State University and has 13 years of industry experience. Rahman’s duties as task manager include: leading multiple teams through the successful delivery of three projects at BLS, working directly with Government leads for all supported areas and exercised control over all assigned task personnel to address any changes in work priorities and staff, developing and implementing task management plans detailing work assignments for contract staff relative to the defined deliverables, and much more. Rahman’s passion for leading his teams and exploring new technologies make him a great leader to work for.
