Philip P. Jaurigue, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Philip Jaurigue founded Sabre Systems, Inc. in 1989. Mr. Jaurigue’ s primary focus is to provide strategic business leadership to drive the direction, stability and growth of Sabre. Under his guidance and leadership, Sabre has grown into a highly successful technology and engineering services company. Mr. Jaurigue is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. He earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University in Computer Information Sciences. Mr. Jaurigue serves on numerous boards including the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and The Free Library of Philadelphia.
Benjamin P. Jaurigue, Chief Financial Officer
Benjamin Jaurigue is responsible for all aspects of financial and accounting matters, including the improvement of operating performance, profitability and business growth. He joined Sabre in 1992. Mr. Jaurigue is a graduate of Fairfield University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He also earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from La Salle University. Mr. Jaurigue serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross and co-chairs the Red Cross' annual golf event for southeast Pennsylvania.
Glen R. Ives, President and Chief Operating Officer
Glen Ives is responsible for all operations and performance within the company including business development efforts. Mr. Ives joined Sabre in July 2008, after having led an extensive career with the United States Navy which included more than 15 years of top-level executive management. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the United States Army War College.
James J. O'Donnell, Vice President of Administration
James O'Donnell is responsible for contracts administration, human resources and facilities for the corporation. He also oversees the operation of the Human Resources, Recruiting, Contracting, Security and Information Technology Departments. Mr. O’Donnell joined Sabre in 1992. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from La Salle University.
Timothy S. Kerr, Vice President and General Counsel
Timothy Kerr is responsible for managing Sabre's commercial business and providing corporate counsel. Prior to joining Sabre in 2002, Mr. Kerr was in private practice and served as an executive in the U.S. Navy Office of General Counsel. Mr. Kerr graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/English from The College of Wooster and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Case Western Reserve Law School. He serves as Vice President for North Penn School Board.
Marie E. Jarabak, Senior Vice President
Marie Jarabak manages critical business development functions across the company including pipeline management, capture, proposal development, pricing, small business strategy and marketing. Deputy to the COO, she is responsible for integrating efforts across operations, development, and corporate support. Ms. Jarabak graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Policy.
Dennis DePriest, Group Vice President, Navy Programs
Dennis DePriest is responsible for the overall management and growth for all Navy programs. Mr. DePriest has over 35 years of combined Navy and Civilian experience in Naval Air Systems Command programs supporting all phases/aspects of program acquisition and engineering. Mr. DePriest joined Sabre in 2013. He is a graduate of the American InterContinental University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management.
Jamie Norris, Group Vice President, Army and Federal Civilian Programs
Jamie Norris is responsible for operational management and business growth for Army and Federal Civilian Programs. Mr. Norris joined Sabre in 2005 and is also accountable for developing corporate strategies designed to capture new opportunities and retain existing business. He has over twenty years of strategic management and government contracting experience in DoD and Federal/Civilian markets. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Towson University and master’s degree in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Philip Farrell, Group Vice President, Special Projects
Philip Farrell is responsible for leading and managing teams directly supporting national security programs. Mr. Farrell joined Sabre in 2002 and is a retired Navy Pilot. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
