As President and Chief Executive Officer of Sabre Systems, John Quigley leads a team of talented professionals advancing mission-critical capabilities across national security, civilian, and advanced technology markets. Mr. Quigley is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction, fostering growth, and ensuring operational excellence to deliver long-term value for all employees and stakeholders. His leadership focuses on driving innovation, enhancing employee opportunities, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving sustainable success for the organization.
Education
John Quigley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master’s in Business and Information Systems from Webster University, and a Master of Science in National Security from the National War College. His academic background reflects a strong foundation in engineering, business, and national security, which has been instrumental in shaping his career.
Career Experience
Mr. Quigley brings over 40 years of leadership experience in defense and technology, beginning his career as a U.S. Navy submarine officer. Prior to joining Sabre Systems, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA), where he led the executive team in driving company performance and growth. During his 25-year tenure at SPA, he held various leadership roles across corporate and operational divisions, playing a key role in the company’s expansion through multiple acquisitions. Additionally, he spearheaded the establishment of SPA’s international business operations, shaping growth strategies across all defense domains.
