Current Role

As the Vice President of Contracts and Corporate Administration at Sabre Systems, LLC, Ms. Matthews oversees key corporate functions including Contracts, Pricing, Purchasing, Human Resources, Recruiting, Security, Facilities, and IT. Her leadership centers on building efficient, compliant, and high performing teams that drive mission success and sustainable growth.

Education

Ms. Matthews holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Procurement and Contracts and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Career Experience

With more than 35 years of experience in government contracts, finance, strategic planning, and corporate operations, since joining Sabre in 2018, she has served in several senior leadership roles—Director of Pricing, Senior Executive Director of Proposals and Pricing, and Vice President of Proposals, Pricing, and Contracts consistently driving organizational performance, compliance, and growth. Prior to Sabre, Ms. Matthews held leadership positions at CACI, PSI Pax, Inc., and Triton Services, Inc., managing complex federal contracts across the defense and intelligence communities. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to operational excellence, strategic planning, and enabling organizations to compete and succeed in the federal marketplace.
