Current Role

Brian Harper is Vice President and lead of Sabre’s Digital Engineering Division, serving as Program Manager for several large-scale transformation, IT, and engineering Government engagements. He is responsible for Sabre’s Digital Engineering offerings including Emerging Technology, Enterprise Data Management and Cybersecurity Engineering. In this capacity he is responsible for building client and partner relationships, and delivery excellence across Sabre’s DoW and Civilian engagements.

Education

Mr. Harper holds a BS degree in Management from Salisbury University, an MS degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Career Experience

Mr. Harper brings over 30 years of Federal Government IT and Project Management experience. Brian is a senior strategy and operations professional and proven leader, serving clients in the Defense and National Security Sector. He joined Sabre in January 2017 in the Defense Operations and Business Development sector.
