Sabre Systems, along with three partner companies, which collectively form joint venture, Agile Innovation Solutions (AIS), was awarded the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC), by the Air Force, Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA/KD). Sabre Systems Inc. is the managing partner of the joint venture. AIS partners include Acquisition Systems Associates (ASA), Integration Innovation Inc. (i3), and Mayvin Inc.
The IAC MAC is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $28 billion maximum ceiling and a nine year period of performance. AIS will provide research and development (R&D), and advisory and assistance services related to R&D efforts to the Information Analysis Center, sponsored by the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC). This contracts customer base expands across Department of Defense agencies, other U.S. Government agencies, local and state governments, industry, academia and foreign governments. The task orders under this contract will provide valuable analysis and R&D solutions to address critical cyber security, homeland defense, and defense system problems.
