Sabre offers two traditional PPO plans and one High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Vision

Sabre offers a standalone Vision benefit to eligible employees and their families through the Davis Vision network provided by Guardian.

Plan Information

Davis Vision offers a large national network that includes private practice providers and large retailers such as Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Sears, J.C. Penney and contracted Pearle locations.

Prescription Plan

Sabre provides prescription coverage as part of the medical insurance coverage offered.

Flex Spending Account (FSA)

Sabre allows employees to set aside pre-tax money to help pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses. Employees are 100% responsible for contributions.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)

Sabre pays 100% of the premium for Life and AD&D Insurance for eligible employees.

Sabre's Life Insurance benefit pays up to two times the employee's base annual salary up to $250,000. Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefit provides an additional two times the employee's base salary with a combined benefit up to $500,000.

Short and Long-Term Disability

Sabre pays 100% of the premium for Short and Long-Term Disability for eligible employees.

Retirement Plan

Sabre provides all employees with the opportunity to contribute to a 401(k) plan in an effort to help achieve their personal financial goals.

Eligibility


All employees are eligible to participate in the Sabre 401(k) plan. Employees are eligible to join the plan at any time during their employment at Sabre.

Company Matching Contribution


Sabre’s match is immediate for all eligible employees. Sabre provides a 33% match of the first 5% of the employee's contribution. Employees may choose to contribute either a percentage of their pay from 1% to 99% or a whole dollar amount each pay period.

Vesting Schedule

Sabre's matching contribution is based on a 4-year graded vesting schedule.

Leave Policies


Annual Leave

Below is a chart outlining the amount of accrued annual leave hours employees will earn based on their hiring status. Annual leave is accrued each pay period and is based on twenty-six (26) pay periods per calendar year.

Employees may maintain an annual leave balance of up to 240 hours as calculated at the end of the calendar year. Amounts in excess of 240 hours will be paid out to the employee the following calendar year.

Sick Leave

Sabre employees receive 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 regular hours worked not to exceed 40 hours of sick leave for the year. All employees begin accruing sick leave on their first day of employment.

Employees are permitted to maintain a sick leave balance up to 80 hours. Sick leave cannot be cashed in, and unused sick leave is not reimbursed upon termination.

Any absence for three (3) or more days may require a doctor's certificate. Sabre may, in its sole and absolute discretion, require a doctor's certificate verifying the necessity for absence(s) and the specific illness, injury, or other disability to which the absence is attributed. Any sick leave taken on days before or after annual leave or holiday leave may require a doctor's certificate.

Sabre provides paid holiday leave for all Full-Time Regular employees (40 hours per week). Part-Time Regular employees working thirty (30) to less than forty (40) hours per week are eligible for pro-rated holiday leave of 64 hours per calendar year. Employees are eligible for holiday leave as the holiday occurs. Sabre observes ten (10) holidays per calendar year as follows:

Other Benefits Include

Tuition Assistance


Sabre maintains an educational assistance program for all Full-Time Regular Employees. Sabre will reimburse 100% of the cost of tuition for approved courses for undergraduate courses with a C- or better and graduate courses with a B- or better. Reimbursements limits are up to $2,500 for undergraduate or $5,000 for graduate level per calendar year. The cost of books is included. Eligibility begins with the first course taken after your first day of employment. Pre-approval is required.

Professional Training & Certification Assistance


Sabre offers professional training/certification benefits to Full-Time Regular employees who wish to enhance their business and technical skills in order to stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies, meet customer requirements, or contribute to organizational goals. Eligibility begins on your first day of employment. Pre-approval is required.

Referral Bonus


Employees who refer individuals for Full-Time Regular employment are eligible to receive a referral bonus. The referral bonus is paid out within 90 days of a candidate’s date of hire. Employees can earn $1,000 if the hired referral does not have an active clearance, and $2,000 if the hired referral does have an active clearance. An additional $250 is awarded if the hired candidate is a veteran.

Wireless Service Discounts


AT&T Wireless

All employees may save up to 9% off their monthly AT&T Wireless services, including qualified voice and data plans.

Verizon Wireless

All employees may save up to 11% off their monthly access fees.

ID Theft Protection Assistance


All employees can enroll in ID Theft Protection for themselves and their family for $6.50/month. This includes restoration of credit or financial reputation for themselves, spouses, and children under 26 years of age. All major credit cards are accepted.

Pet Insurance


Sabre offers Pet Insurance through Nationwide Insurance. Employees can choose between three levels of reimbursement coverage, with an additional option to include wellness coverage. The cost of coverage is based on where you live and the type of pet you have. Enrollment is easy and there is no waiting period for coverage. Please see the flyer for more details.

My Pet Protection

529 Plan


Earnings in a 529 account grow free from federal tax. State deductions vary by state. A 529 account can be opened for anyone including the employee. The plan can be transferred from one beneficiary to another or rolled into other 529 accounts for the same beneficiary.

Student Loan Advisor Tool


Vault Advisor is a Student Loan Advisor benefit that provides a secure employee experience that empowers employees with student loan debt information to achieve financial relief.

NurseLine


NurseLine services connects employees with a registered nurse who can assist the employee and their family with a wide range of healthcare questions and concerns. Get trusted information and support any time — 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Virtual Doctor Visits


Employees enrolled in Sabre’s medical plans are eligible to utilize virtual visits. With virtual visits employees can see and speak to a doctor online anytime from their mobile device, tablet, or computer to treat certain non-emergency medical needs.

Client Advocate Center


Client Advocate Center is a benefit at no cost to the employee. The Client Advocate Center will assist employees and their family members with open enrollment, billing issues and other questions related to their benefit plans.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)


Sabre employees who are enrolled in the Standard Life, AD&D Life Plans, and Short and Long Term Disability plans are eligible to receive the benefits of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is a confidential, round-the-clock service that helps employees and their families balance the demands of work, life, and personal issues. EAP offers counseling, information, and referral services for issues such as mental health concerns, family life, managing stress, etc.

Employee Life Services Toolkit


All Full-Time and Part-Time benefit eligible employees will have access to the Life Services Toolkit, which includes assistance with estate-planning, financial planning, and legal services.

Employee Travel Assistance Program


A Travel Assistance Program is offered for personal use to all Full-Time and Part-Time benefit eligible employees. This program offers a wide range of services to help employees and their families handle unforeseen issues that may arise while traveling such as lost or stolen passports, unexpected medical issues, or credit card and emergency ticket replacement. Travel Assistance is available when employees travel more than 100 miles from home or internationally up to 180 days. Employees, their spouse, and children through the age of 25 are covered under the Travel Assistance Program.
