Acquisition Support

In support of Navy acquisition programs, we have supported our customers in monitoring contractor performance in all phases of systems acquisition, including the identification of requirements, system design, development, testing, and review of documentation for accuracy and completeness. These activities include review of management and technical documents such as program management plans, configuration management plans, quality assurance plans, requirements specifications, traceability matrices, test and evaluation master plans (TEMPs), test plans, and test reports. Sabre engineers have supported customers in attendance at milestone, preliminary and critical design reviews.
