Philip JauriguePhilip P. Jaurigue - President
Phil Jaurigue, president and founder of Sabre Systems, Inc., began his career in private industry supporting Navy shipbuilding and aircraft programs. He founded Sabre in 1989 and has served as its president since its inception.

Under Mr. Jaurigue’s guidance and leadership, Sabre has grown into a highly successful technology and engineering services company. Mr. Jaurigue’s primary focus and responsibility is to provide strategic business leadership to drive the direction, stability and growth of Sabre.

Mr. Jaurigue is a frequently scheduled speaker at the Wharton School of Business and the Entrepreneur’s Forum of Greater Philadelphia. He is also part-time co-host on the weekly WWDB program, “Executive Leaders Radio,” hosted by Herb Cohen. Under Mr. Jaurigue’s leadership, Sabre was recognized for its longstanding history of growth and was inducted into the Philadelphia 100® Hall of Fame. In 2002, he was awarded the Greater Philadelphia Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award for IT Solutions. Mr. Jaurigue received this award for his commitment to exhibiting his entrepreneurial spirit.

Outside of Sabre, Mr. Jaurigue serves as President of the Philadelphia 100 Alumni Association and, as such, organizes professional development programs for member firms. He also serves as Vice Chairman of SMART, an organization supporting R&D and technology based opportunities in the 4-State Region (DE, MD, NJ & PA). He also leads a teen music ministry group, through which he plays guitar for church and school services. He is a board member of Gilda's Club of Delaware Valley, a support organization for those living with cancer and their families. His role is to promote awareness of its programs and develop strategies for organizational growth.

Mr. Jaurigue is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Temple University in Computer Information Sciences.

Benjamin P. JaurigueBenjamin P. Jaurigue - Chief Financial Officer
Ben Jaurigue is responsible for all aspects of Financial and Accounting matters including the improvement of operating performance, profitability and business growth. He joined Sabre in 1992. Mr. Jaurigue is a graduate from Fairfield University with a BA in Economics and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from La Salle University. He serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross and volunteers as a Big Brother with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Bucks County.

James J. O'DonnellJames J. O'Donnell - Vice President of Administration
Jim is responsible for contracts administration, human resources and facilities for the corporation. He also oversees the operation of the Human Resources, Recruiting, Contracting, Security and Information Technology Departments. He graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in Finance and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from La Salle University.

William F. ColeWilliam F. Cole - Group Vice President,
Northern Virginia Operations

Bill Cole is responsible for the business development and operations of Sabre’s Northern Virginia office. Mr. Cole joined Sabre 1999. He is graduate of the University of Maryland where he earned a BA in English.

Diane L. HaderlyDiane L. Haderly - Group Vice President,
Lexington Park Operations

Diane Haderly is responsible for the business Development and operations for Sabre’s Lexington Park, MD office. She is a member of Rotary International, the Patuxent River Partnership and the National Association of Women in Defense. Ms. Haderly, who joined Sabre in 1998, is a graduate of Kennedy/Western University where she earned a BS in Business Communications.

Timothy S. KerrTimothy S. Kerr - Vice President,
Commercial Operations and General Counsel

Tim Kerr is responsible for managing Sabre's commercial business and providing corporate counsel. He joined Sabre in 2002. Prior to joining Sabre, Mr. Kerr was in private practice and served as an executive in the U.S. Navy Office of General Counsel. He serves as Vice President for North Penn School Board. Mr. Kerr graduated with a BA in History/English from The College of Wooster and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Case Western Reserve Law School.

Frederick A. KusterFrederick A. Kuster - Group Vice President,
Northeast Region and Hampton Roads VA Operations

Fred Kuster is responsible for the management and business development of the Greater Philadelphia Region, New Jersey, Hampton Roads and Special Operations. Mr. Kuster joined Sabre in 2005 after 36 distinguished years in Naval Aviation for the Department of Defense. Mr. Kuster graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Aerospace Engineering and earned a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Science. He completed an Advanced Study Program in Aerospace Engineering at Princeton University.

John G. RennerJohn G. Renner - Vice President of Business Development
John Renner is responsible for identifying, targeting and pursuing business opportunities for Sabre and is Chairman of the Business Development Working Group. Mr. Renner joined Sabre in 1996. He is a graduate of Arcadia University where he earned a BS in Computer Science.

Robert W. MetcalfRobert W. Metcalf - Operations Vice President,
Lexington Park

Robert Metcalf joined Sabre in 1996 and is responsible for managing several Navy engineering projects including support of scientific test and evaluation of major weapon systems for NAVAIRWARCEN Atlantic Ranges & Facilities Department (5.1). Mr. Metcalf is a retired Naval Officer and Vietnam Veteran. He is a graduate of Naval Post Graduate School and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.

Linda L. EvansLinda L. Evans - Vice President,
Corporate Information Technology

As Vice President of Corporate Information Technology, Linda has responsibility for Information Technology and telecommunications across all Sabre offices. She directs the IT organization and manages Sabre’s IT budget. She is responsible for setting strategic direction for IT and providing automated capabilities in support of all departments, groups and sites. Prior to coming to Sabre in 1994, Linda had a successful fourteen year career working for other Navy engineering and software development contractors.
