The key to a successful e-Learning program is promoting it to your employees. Your employees must believe that e-Learning will save them time while helping them improve their job functions.
Define Your Promotion Goals:
Plan and prepare. Consider using all means of promotion such as email, postings on your company intranet, inter-office mail, in-house webinar, etc. Create posters or other promotional items such as magnets, business card-sized reminder cards, etc.
Execute. Distribute and hang posters. Send out email announcing the arrival of e-Learning to your organization. Outline key benefits to employees so its clear to them “what’s in it for me?”
