Eligibility for Full-time Regular employees begins the first day of employment.

ABC Corporation will maintain your salary level while you serve on approved standard reserve duty for a maximum of 80 hours per calendar year. You will receive your gross pay less the gross amount paid by the government. ABC Corporation will maintain your salary level while you serve on approved active reserve duty (due to emergency call-up) for a maximum of 160 hours per calendar year. You will receive your gross pay less the gross amount paid by the government. This will be paid in addition to any standard reserve duty taken in the calendar year prior to the emergency call-up. ABC Corporation will also continue health benefits for employees called to active duty for a period of 30 days at which time COBRA may be elected by the employee. In addition, ABC Corporation will comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and all other applicable federal laws regarding military leave for employees.
