ABC Corporation recognizes the need to carry on our judicial system and your responsibilities as a citizen to serve as a juror. You will notify your supervisor upon receiving a jury summons.

Full-time Regular employees are eligible for paid jury leave. Eligibility begins the first day of employment. ABC Corporation will maintain your salary level while you serve on jury duty for up to three (3) days per calendar year. Additional days served will be leave without pay.

If you prefer, a day of accrued annual leave may be used for this purpose.
