ABC Corporation provides paid holiday time for all Full-time Regular employees (40 hours per week). Part-time Regular employees working thirty (30) to less than forty (<40) hours per week are eligible for pro-rated holiday time of 64 hours per calendar year. Employees are eligible for holiday leave as the holiday occurs. ABC Corporation observes ten (10) holidays per calendar year as follows:
To receive Holiday pay, employees must be on the payroll the day before and the day after each Holiday. Overruns for holiday time will be deducted from an employee's annual leave the following year. If the employee terminates employment with ABC Corporation the hours overrun would be owed back to ABC Corporation.
