All Full-time Regular employees are scheduled to be reviewed at ABC Corporation annually. Employees will be given the opportunity to be appraised formally by their manager. This is an interactive process that will include an exchange of ideas and perceptions between the employee and his/her manager on his/ her performance. Employees will also be given the opportunity to supply inputs to their review. A salary adjustment may or may not occur at this time. The Performance Appraisal will become a part of the employees' permanent personnel record.
