ABC Corporation's regularly scheduled workweek is forty (40) hours; however the work schedule of a particular location or department may be adjusted from time to time to accommodate business needs (i.e., compressed schedules supporting some government agencies).

Non-exempt employees will be subject to the guidelines that govern overtime pay in their states. In most cases, forty (40) hours per week is the maximum amount of work time allowable before overtime. In no case should any employee work in excess of the regularly scheduled hours unless specifically authorized to do so by a manager.

Overtime premiums to non-exempt employees will be made in accordance with all local and state statutes.
