Employee Classifications
FTR

(Full Time Regular) – employee who consistently works 40 hours per week

PTR

(Part Time Regular) – employee who consistently works less than 40 hours per week. Benefits are pro-rated

PTR 30 < 40 hours per week *
PTR 20 < 30 hours per week **

FT LTD

(Full Time Limited Benefits) - employee who consistently works 40 hours and is paid hourly

PT LTD

(Part Time Limited Benefits) - employee who is paid hourly on an "as-needed" basis

Annual Leave FTR PTR* PTR**

Eligibility begins on the first day of employment. Fulltime Regular employees with less than 5 years service, eighty (80) hours of annual leave is earned for paid hours based on the calendar year. Employees with 5 or more years of service, one hundred and twenty (120) hours of annual leave is earned for paid hours based on the calendar year. Employees with 10 or more years of service gain one more day per year to a maximum of four weeks after 15 years of service.

Sabre observes 10 holidays (80 hours) per calendar year.

Sick Leave FTR PTR*

Eligibility begins on the first day of employment. Sick leave can be taken at any time during the year, but is earned for Full-time Regular employees for paid hours at the rate of four (4) hours per month up to five (5) days per calendar year.

Jury/Military Duty FTR

Eligibility begins the first day of employment. Sabre will maintain your salary level while you serve on jury duty (up to 3 days), approved reserve military duty (up to 2 weeks) per calendar year, approved active reserve duty due to emergency call-up (for a maximum of 160 hours) per calendar year.

Bereavement FTR

Sabre provides up to three (3) working days of leave with pay to make arrangements for, and to attend, funeral services.

Health Insurance FTR PTR*

Eligibility begins the first day of the month following the date of hire. If the date of hire is the first working day of the month, employees become eligible immediately. Health insurance, including prescription and vision care, is available for you and your dependents. A portion of the monthly premium will be deducted from your paycheck.

Dental Insurance FTR PTR*

All full-time employees will be provided with dental coverage. Sabre will pay 100% of the employee’s premium. Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following the date of hire. If the date of hire is the first working day of the month, employees become eligible immediately. A portion of the monthly premium will be deducted from your paycheck if you choose to cover a spouse or child(ren).

Dental Insurance FT LTD PT LTD

All full-time/part-time limited benefit employees are eligible to elect Sabre’s dental coverage. Employees are responsible for 100% of the premium cost for themselves and their covered members. Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following the date of hire. If the date of hire is the first working day of the month, employees become eligible immediately.

Life Insurance FTR PTR*

Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following the date of hire. If the date of hire is the first working day of the month, employees become eligible immediately. Sabre pays 100% of the employees’ premium. Death benefit is twice your base annual salary up to $250,000. Accidental death and dismemberment is an additional twice your base salary with a combined benefit up to $500,000.

Disability Insurance FTR PTR*

Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following the date of hire. If the date of hire is the first working day of the month, employees become eligible immediately. Sabre pays 100% of the employees’ premium. Shortterm disability benefits begin on the 1st day after injury and the 8th day after illness for 13 weeks at 2/3 your base salary up to $1,300 per week. Maternity benefits are covered.

Long-term disability benefits begin after the short-term disability period ends, at 60% your base pay up to $7,500 per month. There is no military or government offset for long-term disability payments.

Flexible Spending Account FTR PTR* FT LTD

Eligibility begins on the first of the month following your first day of employment. A Flexible Spending Account allows you to have a portion of your income set aside on a pre-tax basis for the payment of unreimbursed medical, dental, vision and other qualifying expenses including prescription drugs expenses, over-the-counter medication expenses, dependent/child care expenses and parking and transit expenses. Employees must consistently work 30 or more hours to participate in the medical FSA.

401(k) Plan All

New employees are eligible to join immediately, and can invest up to IRS restrictions. One year after the employees’ initial eligibility date, Sabre provides 25% match of the first 5% of employee’s contribution. Employees are 100% vested after one year of service. Loans and hardship withdrawals against vested portions of your account are available.

Direct Deposit All

Direct deposit of your paycheck and expense reimbursements is available and may allocate to two separate accounts.

Referral Bonus All

Employees who refer individuals for full time employment to Sabre will receive a bonus. Some exceptions do exist because of level or position referring an employee.

Sabre recognizes its employees for their creativity, teamwork, professional conduct and technical excellence. We offer a variety of cash and non-cash awards and provide peer recognition through our Length of Service, Above and Beyond and Employee Appreciation Awards.

Tuition Assistance FTR

Eligibility begins after the first day of employment. Sabre will reimburse 100% of the cost of tuition for approved courses up to $2,500/undergraduate, $5,000/graduate level per calendar year. The cost of books is included. A passing grade for Associates and Bachelors degree courses is defined as a “C-” or better. For advanced degrees, a passing grade is defined as a “B-” or better.

Professional Training FTR

Sabre offers our employees the opportunity to obtain professional training and must be determined to be job-related and/or beneficial to the Company.

Computer-based Training Courses All

Sabre offers Computer-based Training through Pluralsight at no cost to the employee. Training is available 24/7 on most devices.

Total Training Network Learning All

Sabre offers self-paced video CD training courses produced by Total Training Network (TTN). TTN offers a complete resource library containing hundreds of courses with new ones added regularly.
