Recognition Programs

We reward our employees for their creativity, teamwork, professional conduct and technical excellence. Sabre offers a variety of highly successful reward and recognition programs.

Sabre rewards long-term employment commitments at 5 year milestones with its Length of Service Awards program. Employees are presented a framed certificate of appreciation and a brochure from which to select an attractive gift, and given peer recognition at our annual holiday parties, on Sabre’s employee website and in our monthly newsletter.

We recognize outstanding employee performance through our Above and Beyond Awards. Employees receive a cash bonus, a certificate of appreciation and peer recognition on Sabre’s employee website and in our monthly newsletter.

We recognize employees who are commended by their managers or customers for contributing to a project or team through Employee Appreciation Awards. Employees receive a Sabre Store gift certificate, a certificate of appreciation and peer recognition on Sabre’s employee website and in our monthly newsletter. Our informal “On-the-Spot” Award rewards individuals for contributing to an important customer requirement or team effort in a special way.

Sabre employees receive a cash bonus for referring a qualified, full-time employee through our Employee Referral Bonus program. Our employee recognition programs highlight the achievements of Sabre employees who add the extra effort in helping our customers succeed and our company grow. The awards and recognitions are not the end in themselves. Rather, it's the recognition of excellence, wherever it occurs, and the exemplary.

Transitioning Military

At Sabre Systems, Inc., we have a long-standing commitment to hiring and supporting U.S. service men and women. Many military professionals have transitioned to rewarding careers with Sabre. Our leadership appreciates the experience our service men and women bring to the civilian workforce. Recruiting and Hiring

To connect with transitioning military, Sabre recruiting professionals regularly attend career fairs and post open positions on websites tailored to military men and women.

Career Transitioning & Mentoring

Sabre helps military personnel and wounded warriors make the transition to a civilian career and civilian life through a variety of forums and programs. We also provide career counseling, interview preparation skills and resume guidance to transitioning military. These services are organized through the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).
