Philip P. Jaurigue
President and Chief Executive Officer

Philip Jaurigue began his career in private industry supporting Navy shipbuilding and aircraft programs. He founded Sabre Systems, Inc., in 1989, and has served as President since its inception. Mr. Jaurigue’s primary focus is to provide strategic business leadership to drive the direction, stability and growth of Sabre. Under his guidance and leadership, Sabre has grown into a highly successful technology and engineering services company.
Mr. Jaurigue is a frequently scheduled speaker at The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and is also a regular co-host on the Executive Leaders Radio program in both Washington, DC, and Philadelphia. He is an Advisory Council Member of the Arcadia University School of Global Business. He is chairman of the Strengthening the Mid-Atlantic Region for Tomorrow (SMART) organization, which supports research and development as well as technology-based opportunities in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Jaurigue is on the advisory board of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), the foundation board for the Free Library of Philadelphia, and also serves on the board of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. He is on the advisory board of Temple University's Fox Business School, Management Information Systems; and is a board member of Gilda's Club of Delaware Valley, a support organization for those living with cancer and their families. He was previously the President of the Entrepreneurs Forum of Greater Philadelphia (EFGP), and the Philadelphia 100 Alumni Association.
Under Mr. Jaurigue’s leadership, Sabre was recognized for its longstanding history of growth and was inducted into the Philadelphia 100® Hall of Fame. In 2002, his commitment to exhibiting entrepreneurial spirit earned him the Greater Philadelphia Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award for IT Solutions.
Mr. Jaurigue graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University in Computer Information Sciences.

James L. Krout III
Chief Operating Officer
|
James Krout provides leadership and guidance in the operations of the business and in the development of strategies, policies and operating plans to meet corporate goals. He works to manage and sustain size, growth and composition across all of Sabre's operations.
Mr. Krout joined Sabre in 2008. He came to Sabre from L-3 Communications, where he held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Ship and Aviation Engineering Business Unit under the Maritime Services Sector. He also worked for L-3 Communications legacy companies Titan Corporation, ACS, Inc., and SEMCOR, Inc. where he held such positions as President and General Manager, Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Naval Systems Division, Director of Navy Programs and Unit Manager TACAIR Programs. He was also the COO of a Small Business, Sierra Corporation. Prior to becoming a defense contractor, Mr. Krout spent four years in the Navy working in Naval Intelligence. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in "Management" (Magna Cum Laude) from American InterContinental University (AIU). He also attended the Keenan Flagler Executive Business School, University of North Carolina, in a program intended for Senior Executive Development.

Benjamin P. Jaurigue

Benjamin Jaurigue is responsible for all aspects of financial and accounting matters, including the improvement of operating performance, profitability and business growth. He joined Sabre in 1992. Mr. Jaurigue is a graduate of Fairfield University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He also earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from La Salle University. Mr. Jaurigue serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross and co-chairs the Red Cross' annual golf event for southeast Pennsylvania.

James J. O'Donnell
Vice President, Corporate Administration

James O'Donnell is responsible for contracts administration, human resources and facilities for the corporation. He also oversees the operation of the Human Resources, Recruiting, Contracting, Security and Information Technology Departments. Mr. O’Donnell joined Sabre in 1992. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from La Salle University.
