John Wendolowski Director of Strategic Initiatives

John Wendolowski serves as senior advisor to the Sabre Corporate Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, planning, processes, and change management for the organization. He joined Sabre in 2007 after serving 35 distinguished years of federal service in the United States Navy. Mr. Wendolowski served as the Director of the Support Equipment and Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (SE&ALRE) Department of the Naval Air Systems Command located in Lakehurst, New Jersey where he managed over 1,300 civilian and military employees conducting and directing all facets of research, design, development, maintenance and operation of Naval Aircraft Systems. He entered the Senior Executive Service (SES) in 1997 and held positions at the SES level which included Director of Engineering, Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division; Director of Logistics Management, Naval Air Systems Command; Assistant Deputy Commander for Acquisition and Operations and his last position as Director of Engineering, SE&ALRE.

Mr. Wendolowski graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He earned a Master of Science degree in Management Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Thomas Dickson Vice President, Information Technology

As Vice President of Information Technology, Tom Dickson is responsible for leading the corporate IT team and managing the overall corporate technology infrastructure, including network and storage infrastructure, telecommunications infrastructure, and corporate systems. He is responsible for the management of all Sabre networks, desktop applications, and website software applications; and oversees information and physical security to ensure the protection of corporate information and system integrity. Mr. Dickson provides the strategic vision and roadmap for corporate IT to be positioned for growth.

Mr. Dickson comes to Sabre with more than 15 years of experience in the field. Previously the Director of U.S. and International Application Solutions – Global Relocation Services for Brookfield Residential Property Services (BRPS), he also served as an Applications Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin Management and Data Systems. Mr. Dickson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1990.

Linda L. Evans Vice President, Project/Facilities Management

Linda Evans provides oversight and technical guidance in the areas of facilities and project management, and has overall responsibility for the project management governance function, which includes monitoring project performance and providing status updates for all key projects. Ms. Evans is also responsible for providing oversight and technical support for any facilities Sabre may open or relocate, and facilities-related major capital projects. She manages many of the costs associated with these projects.

Ms. Evans joined Sabre in 1994, and brings to the company extensive experience working for Navy engineering and software development contractors. Ms. Evans earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Millersville University. She also earned an Associates of Arts degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Bucks County Community College.

Peter P. Ganzer  Vice President, Business Development

Peter Ganzer has executive level oversight of the Business Development (BD) organization. He manages capture planning, pipeline development, proposal development, market research, strategic partnering and teaming and business development training. He is also responsible for the coordination of all operational business development activity throughout the company.

Mr. Ganzer joined Sabre in 2008, and brings to the company more than 25 years of progressive management and executive level business development experience, which he obtained while working for legacy companies Titan Corporation; ACS, Inc.; SEMCOR, Inc.; and L-3 Communications. Over the last nine years while at Titan and L-3, he held the title of Vice President of Business Development for the Ship and Aviation Engineering Business Unit.

Margaret Margle Senior Executive Director, Marketing Communications

Margaret Margle is responsible for the oversight of all internal and external marketing and communications activities including branding, media relations, electronic and print communications, marketing and promotions, community relations and special events. She is responsible for setting strategic vision and leadership to marketing and communications efforts ensuring effective communications, a strong brand identity and awareness of Sabre's mission, vision and values.

Ms. Margle joined Sabre in 1995, bringing to the company extensive experience in both marketing and finance within the defense industry. She is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance.

Deb Kliman Senior Executive Director, Human Resources

Deb Kliman is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources (HR) functions, including the strategic and tactical direction of the department.

Ms. Kliman joined Sabre in July 2009, bringing to the company more than 20 years of HR practice, and experience owning her own recruiting/HR services company. She has more than 12 years of HR experience with Verizon and Verizon Affiliates; and more than seven years of HR experience with DoD contractor Galaxy Scientific Corporation. Ms. Kliman earned an associate degree in Business Administration from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Arcadia University. She also completed the Michigan Ross School of Business’ Strategic Human Resource Planning Executive Education Program. Ms. Kliman's professional certifications include: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Instructor for Civil Treatment for Managers and Employees; Certified Instructor for Interaction Management Tactics for Effective Leadership; AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter, and Certified Instructor for Birkman First Look Career Assessments.
